About Us
Tower of Refuge is a community
based nonprofit corporation supporting, assisting, and equipping the
incarcerated and the formerly incarcerated in successful reentry
into society to become and remain healthy, productive citizens in
the community, while reconciling family relationships and protecting
the integrity of neighborhoods.
