Tower of Refuge is a nonprofit 501(c)3 community-based corporation that supports, assists, and equips the incarcerated and the formerly incarcerated for successful reentry into society. Our primary goal is help individuals transition into healthy and productive citizens in the community, while reconciling family relationships and protecting the integrity of neighborhoods.
